Baseball is a game of reps but if you do not do the right reps you will not be able to reach your potential. Practice does not make perfect, perfect practice makes perfect. We take the time to teach the players what the right things to do and then get them enough reps doing it so they execute in game situations.
Strike Zone has a 6000 Sq foot indoor facility to do training throughout the winter and a 2 field outdoor complex with 6 batting cages and a 6 mound bull pen area. We are able to have constant hitting pitching and fielding practices throughout the year.
Strike Zone also has an amazing staff of coaches that are dedicated to helping the kids learn to play the game.
Each team has a paid head coach with either former college or professional baseball experience
